That\u2019s exactly why we created the <strong>Marketing Capability Campfire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the Marketing Capability Campfire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Campfire is a <strong>virtual roundtable<\/strong>\u2014an intentionally small, peer-led forum created exclusively for marketing capability leaders. It\u2019s a space to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share real-world challenges in a safe, supportive setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brainstorm solutions with peers who &#8220;get it&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validate your approach and gain fresh, outside-in perspective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walk away with ideas, energy and renewed confidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Because when you have a network, you\u2019re no longer solving problems alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we started the Marketing Capability Campfire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>t LockSmith, we speak to marketing capability champions every day. Many of them tell us the same thing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSometimes I feel like a one-man band.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI want to validate that I\u2019m on the right track.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe loneliness of this role is real. This was a chance to feel connected to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Campfire is our way of bringing these brilliant minds together\u2014not just to talk, but to <strong>collaborate<\/strong>, <strong>create solutions<\/strong> and <strong>build community<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we&#8217;ve covered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Every Campfire includes a central theme. Some of the past topics we&#8217;ve covered are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Embedding learning and behavioural change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Getting senior sponsorship for training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing capability at scale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aligning training with business strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And of course, there\u2019s always space for those off agenda topics that matter to the room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are you a marketing capability champion?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re leading marketing capability or marketing excellence for your business, this is for you.
