We\u2019ve been commissioned to train one of the local marketing teams for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beamsuntory.com\/en\">Beam Suntory,<\/a> off the back of the success of the marketing capability training we delivered for them in the UK back in 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course we\u2019re delivering is called \u2018Brand Building 101\u2019, a bespoke version of our flagship course,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.locksmith.works\/training\/the-key-to-brand-management\/\">\u2018The Key to Brand Management\u2019.<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we covered &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a nutshell, we covered what the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beamsuntory.com\/en\">Beam Suntory<\/a> team needs to know about marketing and everything they need to be a brilliant marketer. Topics included brand building, the growth planning cycle, situation analysis, consumer understanding, activity selection and KPIs and creative development. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/locksmith.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Beam-Suntory-3-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/locksmith.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Beam-Suntory-3-980x735.png 980w, https:\/\/locksmith.works\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Beam-Suntory-3-480x360.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Going local <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We went to great lengths to tailor our content to not just the client and the spirits category, but also to the local markets.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This included&nbsp;commissioning two experienced local marketers from our network to write and deliver a module on \u2018Marketing in dark markets\u2019,&nbsp;which helped the team to understand the different regulations surrounding alcohol marketing across the region, and how they can work with them successfully.&nbsp;We also used our local associates to&nbsp;great effect&nbsp;in a live panel Q+A, addressing specific questions from the audience.
